Lean Management / Black Belt Specialist (m/w/d)
This position will be responsible for implementing Lean principles across the Roermond (later also Monheim) operational production plants. The role focuses on identifying and reducing waste, enhancing workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately increasing productivity.
Main Tasks- Implement Lean concepts like 5S, Gemba walks, and structured shopfloor meetings.
- Focus on continuous improvement and waste elimination through process mapping and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive measurable process improvements and use digital tools to monitor, analyze, and enhance decision-making for Lean initiatives.
- Lead operational excellence projects and align Lean initiatives with sustainability goals, including energy efficiency and CO₂ reduction.
- Establish Lean and Agile practices and Lead change management to ensure sustainable adoption of Lean practices.
- Conduct comprehensive Lean training sessions and demonstrate Lean principles in daily operations to build capability and understanding.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for initiatives.
- University degree in engineering or equivalent education.
- Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to inspire and engage teams at all levels.
- Min 3 years experience in implementing and leading Lean change management initiatives within a production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies, as well as data analysis techniques.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., German or Dutch) are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally and cultural competence.
